Every year we look forward to this weekend where we get to spend time honoring my mother and enjoying tons of junk food at the fair. We had great weather this year! We made front page news! Reese & Baby Norah
This year, Will is doing a transitional Kindergarten class at McKinney Bible Church and Reese is in the 3 year old Lions class at the same school. Will has Ms. Jennifer & Ms. Jessica for his teachers, and Reese has Ms. Amber, Ms. Crystal & Ms. Kelli.
We got a new dog! Her name is Lola and she is a Havanese. Her breed is from Havana, Cuba, so we had to give her a Cuban name. Matthew wanted to name her Garcia, but that was thankfully overturned. The kids LOVE her! They like to pet her, play with her, run with her in the yard, and walk her on her leash. They are in charge of feeding her 3 times a day. We are hoping this will help with their fear of dogs.
We took a day trip over to Dallas to take the kids to the Dallas Aquarium. For lunch, we had a picnic at Klyde Warren Park where the kids played in the water fountains, we ate quesadillas, and popsicles. Matthew also took the kids to the Fort Worth Zoo. The loved feeding the birds!
