Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving week was awesome for us this year! We got to spend the whole week with our families. On Monday, Matthew's parents came into town and stayed with us until Tuesday and then my family came into town on Wednesday and stayed with us until Friday. Even my little sister Kristen came over from Dallas and camped out on our air mattress just so she could spend more time with us. I love you sis! I didn't get many pictures from the week, but here are a few.

My cousin Bailey, Aunt Laurie, my mom, me, Kristen, and Andrea

Every woman present at Thanksgiving, excluding one aunt and my grandmother, were wearing skinny jeans and boots. Of course, we had to get a picture. (This was not planned.)

Bow Ear Warmer

We went skiing over Spring Break, so I decided to make a new ear warmer to take on the trip. The pattern for this ear warmer can be found on Ravelry.com. If you would like to purchase one, they are $19.99. Just comment on this post.

Day 11: Sock Bun

Yes. There is a sock in my hair. See this tutorial on how to recreate this look. I used the first method that she talks about. I tried the second method, but I think I have too much hair, because it created a giant bun.

Lamps

I'm looking for lamps for my living room. Aren't these cute? I saw them at Pier 1.  This lamp has a strip of fabric from my curtains on it. Don't you think it would look fabulous in my living room?
