Elf Hats

I love to try out new crochet or knitting patterns! My good friend Denielle asked me to crochet some elf hats for our mutual friend, Amber, who just had twin girls. I can't wait to see photos of them wearing these cute pink stripes.


My husband's cousin's wife also asked me to make an elf hat and diaper cover for her son who is to be born in the next few weeks. Jack, I hope you love them!

Yes. There is a sock in my hair. See this tutorial on how to recreate this look. I used the first method that she talks about. I tried the second method, but I think I have too much hair, because it created a giant bun.

Lamps

I'm looking for lamps for my living room. Aren't these cute? I saw them at Pier 1.  This lamp has a strip of fabric from my curtains on it. Don't you think it would look fabulous in my living room?
