Office Chair Redo

I recently tried my hand at spray painting a piece of furniture. Here is the original chair that I purchased from an antique store in college. I probably paid $15 for it.

Before

I reupholstered the seat with a cool vinyl fabric that I found at Cabbage Rose in Fort Worth. I believe it is made by Michael Miller.

After

Spray painting furniture is a little bit trickier than I thought, but I will definitely try it again.

By the way, I am seriously considering redecorating my living room and bedroom. Here are some items that I love....

For the Living Room:

Curtains

Club Chair
Rug in Chocolate from Ballard Designs

Bow Ear Warmer

We went skiing over Spring Break, so I decided to make a new ear warmer to take on the trip. The pattern for this ear warmer can be found on Ravelry.com. If you would like to purchase one, they are $19.99. Just comment on this post.

Day 11: Sock Bun

Yes. There is a sock in my hair. See this tutorial on how to recreate this look. I used the first method that she talks about. I tried the second method, but I think I have too much hair, because it created a giant bun.

Lamps

I'm looking for lamps for my living room. Aren't these cute? I saw them at Pier 1.  This lamp has a strip of fabric from my curtains on it. Don't you think it would look fabulous in my living room?
