Walk to End Alzheimers

This last weekend we went to Abilene to walk in the Walk to End Alzheimers. My sister, Andrea, is on the board of that non-profit in Abilene and invited us to join her. We had a lot of fun and hopefully we raised some awareness of this terrible disease.

Day 11: Sock Bun

Yes. There is a sock in my hair. See this tutorial on how to recreate this look. I used the first method that she talks about. I tried the second method, but I think I have too much hair, because it created a giant bun.

Lamps

I'm looking for lamps for my living room. Aren't these cute? I saw them at Pier 1. This lamp has a strip of fabric from my curtains on it. Don't you think it would look fabulous in my living room?
